How to Make a Silicone Mold by Pouring Way?

A. Prepare related tools.

B. Polish and handle the orignal mold.

C. Fix the original mold and make a mould frame.

D. Brush the release agent on the original mold evenly.

E. Weigh part A liquid silicone & part B catalyst exactly by 100:3.

F. Mix and stir evenly and de-air by vacuum machine (less than 10 mins).

G. Pour the mixture into  the frame.

H. Demould the silicone till it cured.

I. Trim the silicone mould.

J. Put into production after 12 hours.
